As a cyclist, I genuinely fear for my safety when sharing the roads with tractors and other large vehicles. I wonder if my Tory-controlled council would like to provide private traffic cops to protect me on my rural rides. 😉
I'm assuming that the money spent on rent-a-cops in stab vests *could* have been spent on police in police departments to actually do policing?

The people doing this patrolling are a greater cause of the breakdown of our country than the people they’re “protecting” the residents from.
