I'm not a religious man, but I'm tempted to pray to God that Andy Burnham will be the new broom politics has needed for so long. A fresh approach to entrenched partisan attitudes is the only thing that can turn the inexorable decline to a positive new beginning! God (and Mr. Burnham) Save Us, please!

Electoral reform is a complete waste of time if we allow the zionist element to continue influencing our government through Friends of Israel (FoI)!

Far too many MPs, and lords, are members of this organisation having accepted donations (bribes?).

They, the FoI, are the reason why the successive governments continue to trade with zionist Israel ignoring the majority of the British public who want to stop this trade.

AIPAC, in the USofA, is the same organisation and they fully control the government of the US with 94% of those elected having come under their influence.

We have to get rid of this OUTSIDE influence which is severely affecting the decisions of OUR government.

How do you rebuild trust in politics? 13,000 people

(and counting) have an idea.

1/

All party M.P. must listen to what their area voter want.

2/

Govt party leaders must listen to their M.P. wisher before asking them to vote on untested Bad policy with threats from party whips interference with the votes.

3/

All policy must be put to the public by way of M.P. before they vote on them this is called democracy at work.

4/

Andy new Labour leaders must get the public beside him by holding a G.E. in Now 2026 if he wisher our trust in U.K. Labour.

WE do not need a general election. Labour were given the last GE due the atrocious governing of the Tories. There was no other party to fill the position, at the time. Now in government it is the Labour MPs who choose their leader, not the general public.

Roy Jenkins's avatar

Again YOU incorrect SIR

They are other parties to vote for next G.E. LIKE

Reform

Restore

Greens

Independent

Raving loonys

You can get rid of the first two for a start. My father fought the NAZIs in the last war and I have no intention of voting them into power.

Roy Jenkins's avatar

You miss the point I had family member die in world war 2 also

You say you will not vote from --Reform--Restore party

But take note you have only 1 vote

The rest of U.K. voter may vote Reform --Restore be you like it or not SIR

Jeremy Bell's avatar

Actually it is you who miss the point. I said very plainly that I WILL NOT VOTE FOR EITHER ReformUK Ltd or the Restore Party. If that is who you are voting for then I have to query your previous answer... Whose side were your family fighting on, and why would you try to ruin a democracy. Please don't answer as I will not even look at any reply from you.
